M0 Goals

Figure out what controls work needs to be done and who will do it (Controls+, User, or something in the middle)
Want to be at least 90% design complete at the very WORST
Get preliminary specs (probably more general) from external dependencies (MSAA, GML, NLS, etc.)
Finalize test schedule
Figure out our MUI+ (Packaging) story

Feature Complete - Features are "complete". Every feature is implemented such that basic usage can be measured and evaluated. All design issues are resolved with an emphasis on finishing the rough product.
Have preliminary test suites operational. Want up and running half-way through M1 (July 22)

Get all the features on-line so they can be tested and polished.
Make only simple feature/functionality additions/changes (see Table)
All packages must be built together in common drop
All testing completed successfully
