The WMI Management Snapins component provides the core architecture required to connect to and configure the Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) service through a graphical user interface. This component includes the following features:
The System Properties snap-in is a WMI tool you can use to view and change system properties on a local or remote computer. The System Properties snap-in enables you to perform the following actions:
The Service Dependencies Extension snap-in is a WMI tool that enables you to view service dependencies, such as the services that depend on a selected service and the services on which the selected service depends.
This component includes the following files and applications:

The WMI Management Snapins component can be loaded into an instance of Microsoft Management Console (MMC), providing the Properties pages for the Computer Management snap-in and the Dependencies pages of Services snap-in.
