Dial Tone Not Detected

MSN Internet Access did not detect a dial tone. Check the phone cable between your computer and the wall to ensure that it is connected correctly, and check the phone line to make sure it is not currently in use.
	If you need to dial a number (such as '9') to get an outside line, click Dial Settings and specify the number. When you have verified that your computer is ready to dial, click Redial. To quit MSN Setup, click Cancel.
