Windows did not detect a dial-tone and
was unable to connect.
Make Sure your computer's modem is connected to the phone jack.

Click the Power Off Button if you want to move your computer closer to the wall
phone jack. When you power back on, Windows will resume at this point.


Make sure no phones are in use on the same line.
