<P>The <B>Owner</B> method checks whether the current user is the site administrator. It returns -1 if the name and password submitted in the request header matches the Administrator name and password. It returns 0 if there is not a match. Currently, <B>Owner</B> only works properly on Personal Web Server for Macintosh.</P>
