Miroslav Lichvar 4f6ab8ac93 sys: move DRIFT_REMOVAL_INTERVAL definition 
In the SunOS and Solaris drivers DRIFT_REMOVAL_INTERVAL needs to be
defined before it's used. This was broken in commit
b6a27df5b9.
