Miroslav Lichvar ca96946416 addressing: introduce IPSockAddr 
Rename NTP_Remote_Address to IPSockAddr to make it usable in non-NTP
context and provide NTP_Remote_Address for compatibility. Also, change
the type of port to uint16_t.
