User 2ade957352 Bootstrap Onyx with auto-workstream and self-sufficiency ...

Features:
- Auto-create default workstream on init/clone
- onx init --remote for one-command bootstrap
- onx switch safety checks for uncommitted changes
- Fixed onx save to work in empty repos without daemon
